We are looking for a Maintenance Worker II for Bowling Green City Schools! This position reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds. 

 

1st shift, Monday - Friday.

 

Healthcare, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance offered. Paid sick days and personal days. Vacation days after 1 year of service.

 

Job Objectives:

To maintain the physical school facilities in a condition of operating excellence so that the full educational uses of the building(s) are available at all times.

 

Qualifications include but are not limited to: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• Documented evidence of a clear criminal record. (FBI/BCI Background Checks)
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record as a condition of initial and continued employment
• Available to respond to building and/or service emergencies. Strong experience in general building maintenance with good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
